Welcome to the Mold Judo
Welcome to the official website for the Mold Judo Club! Mold Judo Club is a member of the Welsh Judo Association (WJA) and British Judo Association (BJA).
Mold Judo Club promotes a friendly family atmosphere where players can enjoy their training in a safe environment. In past years Mold Judo Club have had members representing Wales at the 1990 games in Auckland, New Zealand and at the 2002 games in Manchester.
Mold Judo Club has also had members competing in senior and junior events throughout Great Britain, Ireland, Europe, USA, Canada and New Zealand.
Anyone interested in Judo or wishing to know more about the Club are welcome to come down to training sessions on Friday evenings to have a chat and a look around. Alternatively please contact the Club Secretary.
General Announcements
After many years in Judo, both competitive and administrative, Ray Harrington our Club Chairman and Senior Club Coach has decided to "call it a day" and take a well earned retirement from Judo.
Up to his retirement Ray was also Chairman of the Welsh Judo Association (WJA) and actively involved in the British Judo Association (BJA).
Ray's contibutions to and his enthusiasm for Judo will be greatly missed not only at club level but throughout the world of Judo. We hope to see Ray on visits to the club in the future.
